(2002) The Nocturne Waves

Ein Ambient Music Projekt, wurde zum Teil nie veröffentlicht 2000 Ais0-21.11.2000.mp3 Ist im Prinzip auf der Tonhöhe Ais aufgebaut mit etlichen Sounds, sehr ruhig und in der zweiten Hälfte ein spannendes Tabla Thema, alles gespielt mit dem Korg Triton.Spuren übereinandergelegt mit Cubase. Das Stück wurde nie veröffentlicht. G3-13.09.2000.mp3 Aufbauend auf der Tonhöhe G, mit vielen vierschiedenen, langsam entstehenden und vergehenden Sounds, recht ruhig, mit Schlagzeugsequenz in 2. Hälfte, langes Stück. Ich finde lange Stücke eigentlich besser als kurze, da man sich fallen lassen und der Geschichte folgen kann. I am fascinated by alternative input devices for creating or controlling musical events. That's why I also have a Tenori-On from Yamaha, which is rather disappointing as a sample player, but shines (or rather: shined…) as an input device with a new operating structure. The piece shows the direction in which some of my more recent pieces are heading: Sound objects, sound sculptures, sound spaces. (2009) Transliteration

Seit langen Jahren habe ich ein hohe Interesse an der Transcodierung von Ereignissen in andere Ereignisse, bzw. von Medien in andere Medien. Um es deutlicher zu machen, die Lichtorgel, der Musiklaser ist eine typische Transcodierung eines (hier: akustischen) Ereignisses in ein optisches Ereignis. Gewissermaßen ist die Notenschrift als Transscription auch eine Transcodierung von Musik in Schrift. Im Literaturhinweis (1) wird dies als musikalische Transliteration bezeichnet. Daran möchte ich mich halten. Wenn man sich geschriebene Texte ansieht, dann bestehen sie aus Wörtern, dies bestehen aus Buchstaben, weiterhin gibt es Satzzeichen und schließlich Pausen und Absätze, leeren Seiten.
